How many sessions will I need?

Each situation is unique and your needs will be assessed by our expert therapists. A typical Pelvic Zone Treatment Pathway might include:

  • Bootcamp Phase – Rapid results using the Pelvic Zone chair only.

    • Early symptoms: 6 sessions over 3–4 weeks

    • Moderate symptoms: 10 sessions over 4–6 weeks

    • Severe symptoms: 10 plus sessions over 6 plus weeks

  • Maintenance Phase – Results for the long term with home exercises and chair support.

    • Mild: 1 chair session every 6–8 weeks, plus kegels

    • Moderate: 1 chair session every 3–6 weeks, plus kegels

    • Severe: 1 chair session every 2–4 weeks, plus kegels

Many clients repeat a 6 or 10-session Bootcamp each year to keep their pelvic health and confidence at their peak.
