You understand that PelvicZONE and any similar service is a simple, gentle, remote or hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. We use magnetic field therapy to strengthen your pelvic zone. You understand that PelvicZONE and/or its employees do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licenced medical professional. You understand that none of our services are intended to take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licenced physician or licenced health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You understand that our services can complement any medical or psychological care you might be receiving. If in doubt, discuss these options with your medical professionals. You understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. You acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. You undertake to seek professional medical advice before acting on any direct or indirect advice or recommendations suggested by PelvicZONE.

 

9. REFUND POLICY

​You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days (the Statutory Period) from the date of purchase to cancel any purchase and be eligible for a refund. After the statutory period, we require a 72-hour notice of cancellation. If this notice is not provided, you will forfeit your paid fees. If we elect to refund you, in our sole discretion, we will retain an administration fee of £15 per refund. This charge covers our merchant charges (both on the purchase and the refund), as well as other incidental expenses.
