Restore Pelvic Control and Confidence
Pelvic Zone provides practitioner-guided pelvic floor training using specialist chair-based technology. You do not need to have a diagnosis, or to be certain about what is happening, before reaching out.
Many people arrive feeling unsure, embarrassed, or uncertain about whether their symptoms are “serious enough” to seek help. That is completely normal. Our role is to listen, understand what has been happening, and help you explore whether guided pelvic floor training may be appropriate for you.
Fully clothed. Non-invasive. No internal examination. Calm, respectful, and practitioner-guided.

What actually happens during a session?
Sessions take place in a calm, private environment. You sit comfortably on our specialist chair-based technology, fully clothed. There is no internal examination at any stage.
If you are not sure what to expect, that is completely normal. Many people feel a little uncertain before their first appointment. Your practitioner will explain everything clearly before anything begins, and you are welcome to ask questions at any point.
You do not simply “sit on a chair.” Your practitioner guides the process, explains what you may feel, and connects the technology to your wider pelvic floor training plan — including muscle activation, pressure coordination, movement patterns, habits, and confidence.
Pelvic Zone is not counselling or talk therapy — it is practitioner-guided pelvic floor training using specialist chair-based technology.

The Pelvic Zone Method™
Pelvic health is influenced by multiple systems working together — not by muscle activation alone. The Pelvic Zone Method evaluates pelvic function across five key systems, supporting control, coordination, physical conditioning, and confidence through practitioner-guided training.

How the bladder signals, stores, and releases urine — and how urgency and frequency patterns can be supported.
How the pelvic floor muscles provide control, coordination, and support — including relaxation where needed.
How pelvic tension and discomfort can influence movement, comfort, and control — including overactive patterns.
How hormonal changes influence pelvic tissue health, elasticity, and support across different life stages.
How the nervous system coordinates pelvic awareness, relaxation, and control — influencing urgency, tension, and confidence.
This whole-system approach helps Pelvic Health Practitioners understand how different factors influence pelvic function and guides personalised training programmes.
Why Clients Choose Pelvic Zone
Pelvic Zone addresses control, coordination, relaxation, and nervous system confidence — not muscle activation alone.
You sit comfortably on specialist technology while magnetic stimulation supports pelvic floor muscle activation and coordination. Your practitioner guides the session throughout, so the technology is used as part of a structured training plan — not as a standalone chair appointment.
All sessions are discreet, fully clothed, and guided by a Pelvic Health Practitioner.
Clients follow a guided Foundation Programme™ designed to build pelvic control and track measurable progress over time.
How the Process Works
We keep things clear and respectful. You will understand what we are doing and why — and you will always be guided by a Pelvic Health Practitioner.
Structured assessment, not guesswork.
Every client receives a personalised Essential Pelvic Profile™ Report, helping guide the most appropriate care pathway for their individual pelvic function.
A calm first appointment to understand your situation, explain how pelvic health works across all five systems, check safety, and agree the next step.
A structured course of sessions designed to support pelvic control, coordination, and function — with clear Markers of Progress™ at each stage.
Ongoing sessions are guided by your body's response. The goal is restored control and confidence in everyday life — not a fixed schedule.

Pelvic Zone provides practitioner-guided pelvic health support. We do not diagnose medical conditions. If you have red-flag symptoms, we may advise you to speak with your GP.
Your Experience at Pelvic Zone
Every session is comfortable, discreet, and guided. Here is what you can expect when you visit us.
rPMS is generally comfortable. You may feel a gentle pulsing or tingling sensation in the pelvic area. Your practitioner will adjust settings to ensure your comfort throughout. Many clients describe sessions as calm and surprisingly relaxing.
Sessions take place in a private room at our Chelmsford clinic. You remain fully clothed throughout, and no internal examinations are required. The environment is clean, calm, and professional — designed to support comfort and dignity at every step.
rPMS uses magnetic pulses to support pelvic floor muscle activation. It is used as a supportive tool within the broader Pelvic Zone Method™ — not as a standalone service.
