Our studio is a private treatment room set up for exactly this — not a busy clinic, and no waiting room full of people. There's free parking right outside, and you'll come straight in.

We're a small, real clinic here in Chelmsford — not a call centre. Whoever you speak to will be one of the people who'll actually look after you.
You're welcome to bring someone with you
A partner, a friend, whoever you'd like. They can wait, or stay in the room with you.
One thing worth thinking about first: we'll be talking about things that are personal to you. Choose someone you'd be comfortable having there. And because you'll have completed your health questionnaire before you arrive, we already have everything we need — so there's nothing you'll be asked to explain in front of anyone.
