Pelvic Zone — Trust Your Body Again

Booking and Treatment Terms

Scope of Service

Pelvic Zone provides practitioner-guided pelvic rehabilitation using repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (rPMS). Services are non-invasive and delivered within the scope of supportive pelvic health therapy.

Pelvic Health Practitioners do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Services are intended to support pelvic health function and confidence and are not a substitute for appropriate medical assessment where required.

Where appropriate, clients may be advised to consult their GP or other regulated healthcare professional.

Individual Response to Therapy

Response to pelvic health therapy varies between individuals. Some clients notice change within early sessions, while others may require a longer period of repetition before improvements stabilise.

Factors influencing response may include symptom history, physical condition, nervous system sensitivity, lifestyle factors, and consistency of attendance.

No guarantee of outcome can be provided, and the number of sessions required varies between individuals.

Any suggested session range represents an estimate only and may be adjusted based on individual response and client preference.

Clients are free to discontinue sessions at any time.

Structured Programme Approach

Pelvic Zone uses a structured programme approach designed to allow observation of response to therapy over time.

Progression is guided by client feedback, tolerance to stimulation, and practitioner observation.

Some clients may transition to a maintenance schedule once improvement has stabilised. Maintenance sessions are typically spaced further apart.

Progression decisions remain collaborative and clients may choose whether to continue or discontinue sessions at any stage.

Session Packages

Pelvic Zone may offer session packages which provide reduced per-session rates compared to individual bookings.

Purchase of a package does not imply that all sessions must be used within a defined period of time.

Where improvement stabilises earlier than expected, remaining sessions may be used for maintenance support.

Where clients continue to report progressive improvement, additional sessions may sometimes be recommended before transition to maintenance frequency.

Package options are provided to support flexibility and continuity of care and do not represent a guarantee of outcome or fixed treatment requirement.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information during screening and for informing Pelvic Zone of any relevant medical conditions, symptoms, or changes in health status.

Clients should seek appropriate medical advice where symptoms are new, worsening, or of concern.

Pelvic Zone services are not a replacement for medical care.

Educational Information

Information provided during sessions may include general educational guidance relating to pelvic health, including physical, nervous system, lifestyle, and behavioural considerations.

Such information is intended to support understanding of pelvic function and confidence and does not constitute psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice.

Appointments

Appointments are booked for a specific time period. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions as scheduled in order to support continuity of care.

If a client is unable to attend an appointment, reasonable notice should be provided where possible.

Pelvic Zone aims to provide flexibility wherever practicable.

Professional Standards

Pelvic Zone aims to deliver services in a professional, respectful, and supportive environment.

Treatment recommendations are based on practitioner observation and client-reported experience of sessions.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions at any stage to ensure they feel comfortable with the pace and structure of care.

Changes to Services

Pelvic Zone may update service structure, pricing, or programme formats periodically in order to improve quality of care.

Any such changes do not affect sessions already booked or purchased.
